The weather could not have been more perfect for Mckenzie and Daniel’s wedding day on August 23. 70 degrees and sunny with no rain – can’t ask for more! Their wedding took place at Industry, and it was my first time shooting at this new downtown Indianapolis venue. The couple used florals, greenery and hundreds of candles to transform the industrial space into a romantic fairytale. Guests were seated at long farmhouse tables for the reception events, and I can honestly say the dinner was some of the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding!! We took all of their portraits at the White River Gardens in the Indianapolis Zoo, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite locations. It’s a hidden gem in the city with so much diversity, luscious greenery and beautiful flowers. It was way too hard to narrow down my favorites from the just married portraits!
Mckenzie & Daniel, thank you for trusting me to capture these moments for you. Your day was beautiful from start to finish, and you are such a fun couple to be around! It’s clear that your friends and family adore you and you are surrounded with love as you start this new journey together as husband and wife. I hope you enjoy my favorites from your big day!
