From the Bride: “After a nearly perfect surprise proposal at the Kurt Vonnegut Museum, we unfortunately had to put our wedding planning on hold as we came to terms with the pandemic. But that time turned out to be a blessing as it allowed us to not only grow closer as we ended our long distance relationship and started planning for the future, it also gave us the time to really think about what we wanted out of our day. After considering many countries, cities, venues, and styles of receptions, we ultimately realized what we wanted was a magical night filled with dancing, laughter, celebration, and our closest family and friends. We have carefully chosen every detail to ensure that each guest feels welcomed and knows how grateful we are to celebrate our day with them.”
It was a truly memorable day for this kind and generous couple. I hit it off with them right away at their engagement session and couldn’t wait to celebrate with them a their elegant venue! Amber of Blush and Blossom coordinated each detail to ensure their day was as perfect as they hoped and Lauren of Woven Blooms created a stunning ceremony backdrop that repurposed for the sweetheart table at the reception that accented the romantic and whimsical feel to the night. The weather was perfect, allowing guests to mingle under the glow of the lights throughout speeches and the first dance, and even the flowerpup Lola was able to enjoy being outdoors with her newlywed parents! Thank you both for your kindness to my team – for your warm and welcoming hearts and your graciousness throughout our time together. I loved photographing these moments and hope you enjoy them for years to come!
