“Zack & Corin originally wanted to get married in Scotland. They soon realized they could celebrate with more of their loved ones if they held their wedding locally. Laurel Hall has an intimate vintage charm and elegance that the couple appreciated instantly. The two had a classic, vintage vision with class and elegance top of mind. The Christmas season is a wonderful time of year for both families and the two decided to host their wedding in the spirit of this festive time of year. We wanted to keep some of the holiday elements a part of the celebration. An abundance of candles will leave the space feeling warm and intimate, paired with white and blush florals designed by Pomp and Bloom, including winter elements like berries will keep the theme whilst adding some light to the dark space and surroundings. Velvet Evergreen table runners paired with vintage golds, creams, candle light and overhead greenery will have the reception feeling like we’ve stepped into a dining hall of a castle in Edinburgh, Scotland. We added a hot chocolate bar for guests to feel warm and cozy after a celebratory dinner. The bar will include ‘Tim Tams’ with instructions on how to properly eat this Australian treat, where Zack studied abroad. “ (written by Bridget Davis Events)

I could not think of a better way to kick off the 2020 wedding season than with Zack and Corin’s beautiful wedding day. It was just as Bridget described and more – an ethereal winter wonderland at the magical Laurel Hall, one of my favorite Indianapolis venues! We were paired with a dream team of vendors that made the couples vision come to life and truly made every aspect of the day a joy to shoot. We loved every minute with Zack and Corin and wished the day didn’t have to come to an end! Needless to say, I had a hard time choosing my favorites, so enjoy the many images that tell the story of this magical winter wedding.
