We’re back today to continue the journey of Tim and I’s 5 year anniversary trip! The next leg of our journey took us to Italy! This was one of Tim’s favorite parts as we rented a car and he drove us to our destinations via the Italian countryside. On our first day we stumbled upon a beautiful little winery called Vignamaggio, where we decided to lunch and bask in the afternoon sun while reading some of our favorite books. It ended up being one of our favorite memories! Over the next few days we stayed with a sweet couple at their bed and breakfast in the Tuscan countryside, enjoying a homemade breakfast in their lush courtyard each morning. Their homestead was a short drive to Siena, where we enjoyed a few dinners and activities, and Tim surprised me with a horseback riding tour one afternoon through the hills of Tuscany!
