We traveled to Charleston for a beautiful destination wedding, and loved touring the city beforehand! We spent a day at Boone Hall (famous for being the location where the Notebook was filmed), toured Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, and of course ate our fill of seafood in downtown Charleston! It was a fun city to walk around, especially with the pastel buildings, and ample amounts of shopping opportunities. We stayed at the Beach Club and it was amazing! It gave us a great middle point to be able to see the city as well as the plantations, and had the most relaxed, luxurious atmosphere.
