I think I’ve been counting down the days to Ashley and Tyler’s wedding ever since meeting them at their engagement session! They are one of the sweetest couples I’ve ever worked with – gracious, kind and easy going, and together they make everyone around them feel loved and welcomed.
Their exquisite wedding day was nothing short of perfect. Bridget Davis Events brought Ashley’s vision to life and I could not get over all the beautiful details!! Gina of Pomp and Bloom blew us all away with her floral design – from the bride’s luscious bouquet to the hanging floral installation above the sweetheart table and the delicate and romantic greenery and blooms that graced each table and staircase – it was an absolute dream! Kaitlin of Athena Street Creative designed a beautiful paper suite including customized wax seals and floral lined envelopes, and you can imagine how happy I was for such gorgeous details to photograph!
Their day was also filled with special, sentimental moments – I think we all teared up as we watched Tyler see Ashley for the first time! It was one of the most emotional first looks I’ve seen in a while 🙂 Ashley’s mom gifted her with something borrowed and blue, an heirloom family ring, as she finished helping her into her wedding dress at the beginning of the day. There were so many beautiful elements to this day and it was an absolute gift to be the one to document these moments.
Thank you Ashley and Tyler, for reminding me why I love this job and for picking me to be your photographer. I’m humbled to have been a small part of your day and feel blessed to know you both and to celebrate alongside you! Your day was incredible – just as the two of you are as a couple! I can’t wait to see where this journey takes you and hope these images will always bring you joy as you look back on your fairytale wedding!
