Kara and Brandon shared a beautiful wedding day at the Hotel Carmichael last Saturday! The sun was shining bright for the end of September and filled their portraits with a warm glow. They were surrounded by a huge bridal party that made their day filled with laughter and fun – from the groomsmen sharing drinks of the bourbon that Brandon buried on the property, to the best man speech ending in the Purdue fight song that he customized for the couple – this group knew how to have fun and enjoy every minute of the day!
The Hotel Carmichael was the perfect setting for Kara’s elegant style with its sparkling chandeliers, complimentary champagne for each guest as they entered cocktail hour and couples portraits descending the grand staircase together. The love this couple shares filled the room and warmed the hearts of all in attendance as they exchanged vows and then re-entered the reception room amidst cheers and celebration for the party to begin!
Mr. & Mrs. Swenke, thank you for inviting us into these special moments. Your day was perfect, and we felt embraced and welcomed by your wonderful families throughout the entire celebration.
