Julia & Keegan // Sixpence Wedding

Julia and Keegan fell for each other in middle school, and their love has grown and evolved with each passing year, culminating in their beautiful October wedding day. The love and history shared between their families was evident, as these two have already spent most of their lives loving each other. There were sentimental touches and nods to their past – such as Julia’s ‘something blue’ which was a piece of her first prom dress that she wore with Keegan, which she tied under her dress, and special parts of the day that celebrated the couple they are today – such as their first look with their French bulldog puppy, Luna. It was a long awaited day, and the emotions and the celebrations were reflective of that! I don’t think a smile ever left Julia’s face, and the joy I saw on all of their parents faces showed how excited these families were to finally be joined together.

Chloe of Creating Joyful Moments did an amazing job of bringing the bride’s vision to life – not missing a detail and orchestrating the events seamlessly. It was my first time shooting at the Sixpence and it was a perfect backdrop for a night filled with meaningful toasts and cheers and a dance party like I’ve never seen before! Julia changed into a second gown during the reception, proudly displaying her new last name with a custom hairpiece and snuggled up with her new husband for some photos in their antique Rolls Royce getaway car. After their private last dance they ran through a sea of sparklers and drove off into the night to the cheers of those closest to them.

Your love is beautiful to behold – I’m amazed at how much life you have shared and the couple that you have become together.
