After spending time with Katie and Tom at their engagement session last fall, I couldn’t wait to celebrate their wedding day in April! They are two of the kindest souls I’ve ever met – genuine, sweet and caring and I loved every minute I spent with them. As expected, their family and friends were also delightful, making the whole wedding day one that was filled to the brim with joy and sentimentality. This wedding was one that truly made me grateful for this job – not only photographing beautiful details and people, but to get to share in the happiness of a once in a lifetime love and the journey that brings two people together to share their life and celebrate with all those they hold dear. What a gift!

This sweet couple also had a brilliant vendor team that brought their vision of a springtime wedding to life. From the luscious, garden inspired florals of Anne Grey Flowers to the whimsical paperie from The Lettering Grove, no detail was overlooked and it resulted in an awe inspiring backdrop for Tom and Katie’s love story. Under the expert direction and motif of Emily Ventura Designs, the wedding day was a dream come to life. The ArtsGarden made it feel like the guests were enjoying an al fresco garden party as the warm sunshine glowed throughout the ceremony and cascaded over the flower arrangements for the final toasts after dinner. Endless Summer Band had everyone on the floor, singing and dancing the night away as they celebrated not only the union of our couple but also a new beginning as they prepare to move from Indianapolis this summer for Katie’s job.

Mr. & Mrs. Craddock – thank you for inviting me to share in these moments and document your beautiful wedding day. Your kindness and grace flowed through every event and interaction and are a true testament to who you are as a couple. My entire team couldn’t stop talking about how sweet you are with one another and how we loved spending time with you and your family and friends. You both are such a delight and I have no doubt that you have wonderful and exciting things ahead of you as you walk through life together.
